All Sales are Final, there will be No Refunds Under any Circumstances.

We use United States Postal Services for shipping with tracking information. Shipping calculated at the website is within the United States only, all other countries please contact us for a the actual shipping cost. Any excess shipping paid will be refunded.

Due to copyright of patterns packets, tutorials and books, they are not returnable or refundable. All photos and information on this website is copyrighted by Tolebrush.com and Nilda Rosa Rodriguez. No copying of any kind or reprinting of photos or patterns is permitted. Patterns may be painted for personal use. Patterns may be used to teach but patterns must be purchased for each student in the class.

Class Registration

Please allow two to three business days to register to classes.

Shipping

Orders that requires shipping will be process within two or three business days. Please note, there are special times where we might be out of town and we will inform you by email of this situation. We do not have control over the postal service so please allow adequate time for item to arrive. International Buyers, you may receive an extra invoice for shipping if the website underestimates your actual shipping cost.

Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported immediately. A determination will be made as to whether they will be returned for replacement or credit. We do not reimburse return shipping charges. Please let your carrier know if your item is received damaged so claims can be filed. Take photos of item and keep all packaging and item for inspection by the post office.

Payment

We accept Credit Card Payments via PayPal’s or Stripe’s secure websites. Paypal and Stripe are secure methods of using your credit card. They are a free service and requires a one-time registration, taking only a few minutes to complete the form. Your credit card number is never given to me with your order – Paypal and Stripe handles it all.

All rights reserved under Pan American and International copyright conventions. Photocopying, or any type of mechanical electronic reproduction, of any part of pattern packet, tutorials, books or the designs herein are prohibited, except that purchaser may mechanically/electronically enlarge or reduce patterns for their personal use. If the pattern packet is purchased as an e-Pattern (e-packet), DVD or CD, you may not re-sell the pdf file, nor make copies of the pdf files or CD or DVD for re-sale or to give away. The projects created from the patterns in this pattern packet may be personally painted by purchaser for fun or for sale (i.e., at local craft shows, on internet auctions such as eBay, and on their own websites or photo sites), although if shown on the internet I do ask that you please give me or the artist credit for the design in your description. The designs cannot be used to create web graphics. The product created from or any derivative product made from the designs in this pattern packet cannot be mass produced in any form without a licensing agreement from Nilda Rosa Rodriguez.

Note to Teachers/Shop Owners…You may not teach this design or your adaptation of it unless a pattern is purchased for each student. I will be happy to sell patterns (print or digital) for each student at a wholesale discount so they can be included with the class supplies at a nominal cost.

Please note that with printing differences it is difficult to match the images in this pattern packet to the original pieces, although every effort has been made to do so. Therefore, your finished project may look a little different in color than the images in this pattern packet. The colors used in the project instructions are the ones used by me to paint the project.
