“Ringing the Bells”. A cute snowman ringing the Christmas Bells with verse. This is a mixed media project, using printed parchment and DecoArt Acrylics. The packet includes a color photo, detailed instructions, two patterns and a shading diagram. It also includes the printed verse which can be printed onto parchment paper.
